The next position which falls in the SAP career hierarchy is that of a senior manager. Senior managers are responsible for leading large project teams and are also referred to as Project managers. They work closely with the partners and may also lead sales pursuits. These are senior leaders who are highly experienced and very respected in the firm.
In order to become a SAP manager in a company, a person needs atleast 7 years of experience of working in the same field. They lead small teams and are also often functional leads of small project teams.
