SCM is the next in the SAP Product Hierarchy. It is the process of managing interlinked or interconnected data between channels, networks as well as node businesses that are involved ardently in the stipulation of services and product packages which are required by end consumer (in a supply chain usually). This process spans the storage and movement of raw materials along with work in progress inventory and also finished products directly from point of beginning to point of utilization.

 SRM (Supplier Relationship Management)

SCM is the next in the SAP Product Hierarchy. It is a process of tactically planning and managing whole interactions that are done with a third party organization which supply service or goods to a business.
